Heal yourself
For the dreams which did not come true
Heal yourself
Though the failures are hard to handle
Heal yourself
When there is no fruit for your hardwork
Heal yourself
If you stumble again and again for too many times
Heal yourself
When you feel like giving up one more time

Try to move on, though the good things may not come your way….
But heal yourself and realize you are still blessed every day!!

    Suggestion – Make it a dialogue between the head and and the heart.

  2. So much soothing and inspiring poem. It has this soft voice from within that whispers every ailing heart. So wonderfully written and very motivating. Healing is all we need in these challenging times. Keep on healing our hearts thru your timely poems!

  7. After the 3rd line I started singing this poem in my head to the melody of “Show Yourself” from Frozen II. I have a 4-year-old, so this is where my mind goes naturally. Or rather, terrifyingly unnaturally. truth be told, I, not so secretly, love the music in that movie and the movie in general, so this is a compliment, despite how it may seem. Enjoying all of your posts.

  14. I really liked the repetition in this poem – it helped to deliver the message in the poem with an impactful punch after every line. Sometimes the greatest healing comes from within – the ability to love and forgive oneself are powerful qualities. Sometimes that’s all it takes to patch up the wounds made by time ā¤
