I’m not me,
I just want to be free,
Flying above the sorrowful sea,
Not chased by the demons inside of me.

I’m not me,
When I want to be.
The darkness inside of me,
Engulfs the light around me!

I’m not me,
Your words are Greek to me.
Can you set me free?
I don’t want to bark up the wrong tree!

I’m not me,
If I fall, will you hold me?
We ain’t got forty three,
Life is fast, as a killing spree!

I’m not me,
But my creator knows me.
No matter how far I would be,
Somebody up there always loves me!
